Investing for tomorrow

We aim to be efficient and socially responsible.

Since the end of 2021, our CSR vision has followed a structured, collaborative approach, ensuring every initiative supports our mission: making healthcare and wellness accessible to everyone.

From the start, we have also strategically focused on exclusive organic and natural brands, reinforcing our commitment to sustainable, responsible healthcare.

Our CSR policy is based on 4 key pillars

We strive to make healthcare and wellness accessible to as many people as possible by developing responsible brands and practices.

We put this into practice by building a strong nationwide network of pharmacies, maintaining affordable prices for non-reimbursable products, and expanding access to care through in-pharmacy healthcare services such as vaccinations, screenings, and the distribution of colorectal cancer tests.

When creating exclusive brands, we prioritize environmental responsibility and local sourcing to safeguard our patients’ health. Today, 85% of our product references are developed by local partners.

Ensuring the satisfaction of our members and patients in the broadest sense is at the heart of our vision.

Taking Action for the Ecological Transition

We actively commit to the ecological transition by reducing our CO2 emissions and managing resources responsibly.

In 2022, our Group conducted a comprehensive audit of direct and indirect greenhouse gas emissions, which led to the rollout of a policy to cut our direct emissions. This includes improving energy efficiency, transforming processes and organizational practices, and managing waste more effectively.

At the same time, we are reducing the ecological footprint of our exclusive brands through an ecodesign approach: minimizing packaging, promoting recycled and recovered materials, and implementing initiatives such as:

  • Awareness campaigns encouraging medicine sorting
  • Switching from plastic to cardboard loyalty cards
  • Rolling out “1% for the Planet” for selected brands, including ONISIS

Being a responsible community player

We actively promote health prevention and community engagement.

Each year, we launch information and prevention campaigns addressing key health issues such as HPV, diabetes, colorectal cancer, tetanus, Pink October (Breast Cancer Awareness), sleep apnea, cardiovascular risks, and women’s health.

We also support community groups that share our values through:

  • Collection campaigns (e.g., French Animal Protection Association – SPA, French Food Bank)
  • Sales of community-supported products (e.g., Authentine Special Pink October Shower Gel for CAMI Sport & Cancer)
  • Participation in charity events (e.g., CAMI Medical Run, Pink Triathlon organized by the French ARC Foundation)
  • Sponsorship initiatives
