Artificial intelligence, a very powerful, differentiating asset for our Group

Artificial intelligence is one of our Group's key projects.

After having recruited a Digital Innovation and Information Systems Director, with a PhD in Artificial Intelligence, our IT teams were reinforced. Today, a 15-person team is working to effectively address the growing need for technology to provide state-of-the-art solutions and personalized support to all the Group's members.

End 2023, we launched 7 projects with the aim of enabling pharmacists to perform better, to set aside more time to improve their patients relationship and to meet the challenge of offering "the right product/services, at the right time, at the right price, to the right customer". During the 2023 edition of , the largest pharmacy trade show in Paris, Hervé Jouves, Hygie31 CEO, spoke about what artificial intelligence can bring to pharmacies and how it can support the changing role of pharmacists. In particular, he referred to the Group's investment in AI, which is based on data platforms, to help licensed pharmacists manage their business: – Managing stocks – Managing promotions – Anticipating the markets – Managing pricing – Merchandising approach
