Hygie31 rolls out its in-house training school, Hygie Academy, to all its consortia of pharmacies, which comprise some 12,000 learners. This school, free of charge and available online and in-person, through e-learning and webinar formats, offers over 200 laboratory and exclusive brand e-learning courses, as well as over 150 modules on Healthcare subjects that in particular cover all needs in terms of pharmacists' new tasks (vaccinations, tests and screening, patient consultation and follow-up, etc.). The goal is to ensure that pharmacists and their teams continually develop their skills to enable them to provide expert advice to their patientss on a daily basis.
Hygie Academy, run by a team of 8 training experts, takes on a one-of-a-kind role: it is not just a conventional training body but a real strategic partner when it comes to developing skills.
The team provides support for pharmacists and their employees that covers a wide variety of topics, from seasonal products to management, as well as purchasing, merchandising and logistics. Moreover, special training manuals will be delivered in 2025 to Hygie31 consortia members and will, as such, add another new format to the training programme.
