Laurent Filoche

For Laurent Filoche, Pharmacorp CEO

"I'm delighted with this new milestone that Pharmacorp has reached and the growth that the alliance with Hygie31 is going to bring. Thanks to its expertise, we are going to be able to develop new offers and services tailored to our current and future pharmacies, in particular by ramping up our medical equipment part, a vital service for our patientss in suburban and rural areas, and a growth driver for our members. We also intend to leverage its know-how to help young pharmacists start up, by providing them with incentives. Last but not least, we're also counting on this partnership to strengthen our volume procurement and to exert more influence in the healthcare sector. This alliance, however, will in no way affect our independence or the values we uphold: Pharmacorp secures its status as a consortium of independent pharmacists, dedicated to its members and owned by them. I will remain Pharmacorp CEO and will continue to promote the profession via my position as Chair of the French UDGPO (French union of consortia of dispensing pharmacists).
Herve Jouves Président du groupe Hygie31

For Hervé Jouves, Hygie31 CEO

"We have always intended to develop a real healthcare ecosystem and to become a key player in the Healthcare and wellness sectors, in particular on the dispensing pharmacy market. To this end, we have developed a range of over-the-counter pharmacy, healthcare & beauty product, eyewear & optical product and medical equipment chains and e-commerce sites that perfectly complement pharmacy business, and we are always on the lookout for acquisition-led opportunities to boost our position. 2021 was an extremely beneficial year for the pharmacies and partners affiliated with Hygie31, which ended the year with turnover of over a billion euro, which proves the relevance of our concepts and the quality of our support. Thanks to this affiliation with Pharmacorp, we can pool our resources and ensure that licensed pharmacists find the pharmacy model that is right for them so they can benefit from ad hoc support, irrespective of their geographical location: rural, suburban, urban, neighbourhood). Like this, we will strengthen our relationships with laboratories and continue to improve business terms for our members and, at the same time, generate real efficiencies for our partner laboratories."
