Hygie31, a benchmark player in the healthcare sector, is extending its nationwide network through a strategic alliance with the , a pharmacy concierge service founded by Sébastien Rouyer and Hanna Vuaillat in 2016.

P&P; supports pharmacies by providing them with a dedicated Concierge and a service package that includes recruitment, graphic creation and merchandising, to make day-to-day management easier for licensed pharmacists. This operational management saves valuable time for pharmacies. Today, P&P; brings together 114 pharmacies, mainly spread across the Nouvelle Aquitaine region of France. Its 2024 turnover stood at 150 million euro excluding VAT.

Thanks to this 6th partnership forged with a consortium of local pharmacies, Hygie31 boosts access to healthcare in the regions and its goal to expand its nationwide network of pharmacies. This new foothold, which adds to the consortia already integrated in its "ecosystem", brings the number of networked points of sale in France to 1,800, of which 1,551 are pharmacies and, as such, increases Hygie31's pharmacy market share to 8% and enables the Group to exert significant influence on the markets and laboratories. Hygie31 intends to reach 10% market share by end 2025.

By joining Hygie31, P&P becomes the 6th regional consortium to join the Group's ecosystem and will benefit from all its services:

"We're delighted to welcome the P&P; network into our ecosystem and we're proud to be able to benefit from their expertise and their service-focused vision that strengthen our community. As we share the same values, we'll offer our members greater leverage and security to take on market challenges. This new partnership further illustrates our strategy launched in 2021 to consolidate our nationwide network of pharmacies through complementary regional partnerships, to make Healthcare accessible to everyone, everywhere." Hervé Jouves, Hygie31 CEO

"Given the challenging economic environment and recurring changes in French State policy on prices for generic medicines and services, we carefully considered joining a larger, more comprehensive project. The goal: to offer our members ongoing viability and optimized profitability. In light of this, it seemed only natural to join the ranks of France's leading pharmaceutical Group, Hygie31. Right from the word 'go', we fully embraced the project and the vision championed by Hervé Jouves and his team. Only a Group of this scale can claim, through the power of its community, that it will support one pharmacy out of ten in France by the end of the year. P&P; is proud to be part of this adventure."
