The Group is launching an ambitious in-house project to\nimprove the overall performance of the Company and its employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">This project, rolled out to <b>50 key employees throughout 2025<\/b>, aims to make advanced uses of AI\nmore widespread in the Company to boost team creativity and significantly improve day-to-day\nproductivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The project comprises three phases: after an initial immersion workshop for mastering the most\nstate-of-the-art technologies, an in-depth audit will be carried out to identify the priority use cases\nfor each department. The goal is to develop practical solutions throughout 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This structured approach will help establish these new technological practices sustainably in the\nCompany and accelerate its transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Transformation through innovation <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">This initiative is part of a broader effort focusing on the Group's digital transformation.
