{"id":4398,"date":"2025-02-19T21:47:39","date_gmt":"2025-02-19T21:47:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hygie31.com\/?p=4398"},"modified":"2026-01-21T13:24:57","modified_gmt":"2026-01-21T13:24:57","slug":"bilan-2024-ambitions-2025-nos-filiales-en-forte-croissance","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hygie31.com\/en\/bilan-2024-ambitions-2025-nos-filiales-en-forte-croissance\/","title":{"rendered":"2024 Results &amp; 2025 Ambitions: our subsidiaries are enjoying strong growth"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A successful year for Laf Sant\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Laf Sant\u00e9 chains continue to grow and show compelling results: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><b>Pharmacie Lafayette <\/b>: 316 pharmacies in 2024 and turnover of 1.22 billion euro (+15%).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><b>Optique Lafayette <\/b>: significant increase with 57 stores and turnover of 18.1 million euro (+15%).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><b>M\u00e9dical Lafayette <\/b>: 14 new openings, which confirms the model's relevance, expanding the network\nto 52 points of sale, with turnover standing at 21.3 million euro (+33%).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">In 2024, Laf Sant\u00e9 optimized its network performance by making full use of the tools available to its\nmembers (biosimilars, loyalty card, treatments &amp; procedures, healthcare services). The Group\nreached its targets with the integration of<b> 43 new pharmacies and points of sale, and a 15%\nincrease in its turnover versus 2023<\/b>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ecoceutics: successfully established in Spain<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Since 2022, Ecoceutics, the leading network of independent pharmacies in Spain, has successfully\nrolled out the Pharmacie Lafayette \"Healthcare for Everyone\" concept across Iberia. In 2024, 31\npharmacies embraced the \"La salud para todos\" model. <b>These pharmacies enjoyed an average\nincrease in their turnover of 25.3%, versus 5.8% for the network's traditional pharmacies <\/b>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Development, which was initially focused on Catalonia, now extends across strategic areas such as\nMadrid, San Sebastian (Basque Country) and Valence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Regional consortia: strong local growth<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Regional consortia, which include local pharmacies, which are more traditional but still very\nbuoyant, continue to play key roles in Hygie31's strategy and are vital components of its ecosystem: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><b>Pharmacorp <\/b>: 580 pharmacies and 1,013 billion euro in turnover (+16%).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><b>Pharmacyal and Magdal\u00e9on<\/b>: respectively 155 and 106 pharmacies, with turnover increases of 9%\nand 23%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><b>Quartz <\/b>: which recently joined the Group, achieved almost 200 million euro in turnover thanks to its\n115 members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">E-commerce: strategic transformation for tomorrow <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">To support its vigorous growth and bring new e-commerce activities into the fold, Dhygietal \u2013\nHygie31's e-commerce subsidiary \u2013<b> quadrupled its storage capacity and automated order picking\nusing Exotec technology <b>. This strategic investment has already made it possible to integrate new\nbusiness activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2025: Hygie31 continues to grow rapidly<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Although Hygie31 chose to consolidate its ecosystem and organization in 2023-2024, the Group\ncontinues to step up the pace and plans to harness synergies to boost performance. By focusing on\nincreasing sales volumes, integrating artificial intelligence into its management and incorporating\nnew acquisitions, <b>Hygie31 targets 3.7 billion euro in turnover and 1,752 points of sale.<\/b><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Laf Sant\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Laf Sant\u00e9 also has ambitious goals for 2025. The Group intends to ramp up its model and position\nillustrated through its \"Healthcare for everyone\" promise. This model is based on upholding\npurchasing power and ensuring access to healthcare is easier for everyone. With this in mind, in\n2025, Pharmacie Lafayette is launching an innovative sell-in, sell-out plan to boost its price\ncompetitiveness and its in-pharmacy product showcasing. It continues to innovate in rolling out\nhealthcare services and in ramping up its digital expertise to ensure access to healthcare is easier\nfor everyone. Laf Sant\u00e9 also intends to enhance the average performance of each pharmacy and\nstore by making use of the tools available to its members (biosimilars, loyalty card, healthcare\nservices, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Laf Sant\u00e9 has set itself the target of bringing 79 pharmacies and points of sale into its fold as well\nas increasing its turnover by 15% compared with 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ecoceutics: promising potential for growth<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Ecoceutics plans to integrate 6 new pharmacies in 2025, bringing its network total to 140\npharmacies in Spain. The conversion plan is gaining pace with 22 pharmacies switching over to the\nconcept forecast for 2025, in addition to the 31 already finalized end 2024. Ecoceutics is\nstrengthening its partnerships with leading laboratories through over 85 framework agreements,\nwith an automated centralized procurement solution for pharmacies. Last but not least, Ecoceutics\nnow includes 68 exclusive brand references in its catalogue to help it bring its \"La salud para todos\"\nvision to the Spanish market. These products, on sale at highly-accessible prices, as such\nupholding purchasing power, ensure that Spanish citizens can take care of their health and\nwellness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2025 for regional consortia: join forces by relying on Hygie31 to help boost their development<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Hygie31's regional consortia have set themselves ambitious targets for 2025, with planned network\ngrowth of an additional 154 points of sale, to reach a total of 1,248 pharmacies (+14% vs 2024).\nThis expansion is combined with a clear increase in sales targets, with turnover forecast at 2.1\nbillion euro, i.e. growth of +12% compared with 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The regional consortia development strategy for 2025 focuses on harmonizing and pooling\nresources for recruiting new members and for business negotiations. Emphasis will also be placed\non sharing best practices via support officers, with the goal of optimizing the network's overall\nperformance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">E-commerce for 2025: Digital transformation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">The e-commerce business is on a strong growth path for 2025, with turnover targeted at <b>139 million\neuro, i.e. an increase of +40% in relation to 2024<\/b>. This growth focuses on two key strategic pillars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>B2C development will be boosted through new platforms and market investment optimized to win\nover new customers.
