Il s’adresse aux associations d’int\u00e9r\u00eat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral<\/strong> qui oeuvrent pour l’acc\u00e8s aux soins, la pr\u00e9vention, ou l’am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 de vie des patients. Ces associations peuvent \u00eatre parrain\u00e9es par des collaborateurs du groupe ou des adh\u00e9rents<\/strong> des r\u00e9seaux du groupe.<\/p>

L\u2019objectif : encourager des projets \u00e0 fort impact social, innovants et ancr\u00e9s dans les territoires.<\/p>

Ce programme s’adresse \u00e0 des duos entreprises<\/strong> ou start-ups et associations<\/strong> qui ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une innovation au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de l’acc\u00e8s aux soins, et ont besoin de soutien pour le d\u00e9ploiement de cette innovation.

Le financement re\u00e7u par les laur\u00e9ats sera donc d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la mise en oeuvre op\u00e9rationnelle de la solution.<\/p>

La d\u00e9marche s\u2019appuie sur l\u2019expertise des pharmaciens<\/strong>, acteurs de proximit\u00e9 au contact direct des patients, afin d\u2019identifier des enjeux sous-estim\u00e9s et de valoriser leur r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 en pr\u00e9vention et en accompagnement.

Les adh\u00e9rents seront invit\u00e9s \u00e0 proposer une cause ou un sujet de sant\u00e9 encore peu trait\u00e9<\/strong>, expliquer son importance, et s’impliquer dans le d\u00e9veloppement de la future campagne de sensibilisation.

La Fondation pilotera ensuite une \u00e9tude pour creuser le sujet, mobilisera si besoin les diff\u00e9rents acteurs de sant\u00e9 du parcours de soin du patient, et d\u00e9veloppera des outils de communication et sensibilisation pour les adh\u00e9rents du r\u00e9seau.
